RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return products within 8 working days from delivery. The conditions for returns are:

1. Send written communication to info@mgstyle.it

2. Ship the products to: MG FOOTWEAR Corso della Repubblica 9, 27029 Vigevano (PV) Tel. 388 5890962

3. Products must: o Be intact, unused, undamaged or unsoiled o Have the original packaging and included accessories/documentation o Be accompanied by the transport document (DDT) o Show only signs of normal trial use MG FOOTWEAR reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns. Refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt of communication or products.

FIRST EXCHANGE FREE OF CHARGE

The first size exchange is free! If the size is incorrect, you can request a different size (if available) or an exchange with another item of equal or higher value. To activate the exchange, write to: customerservice@langolo-calzature.it

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 8 days from receipt of the goods. To exercise it:

1. Write an email to info@mgstyle.it, indicating the reason and choice between exchange or refund.

2. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal expires if: • The product has been used (even partially) • The packaging is missing or damaged • Components are missing • The product has been damaged for reasons unrelated to transport Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION 1.1. Purchases on mgstyle.it are managed by Emmegi Italia Srl, located at Via Calabresi 7, 27029 Vigevano (PV), VAT No. 02422260188 1.2. These GTC apply to all orders, except as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 for consumers. 1.3. Sending an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 1.4. MG FOOTWEAR may update the GTC at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after publication.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. Products on the site do not constitute a public offer. 2.2. To purchase, registration on the site and order completion are required. 2.3. The order is a contractual proposal. 2.4. The contract is concluded only upon confirmation of order sent via e-mail.

3. PRICES AND SHIPPING 3.1 Prices are expressed in euros, including VAT. 3.2 Shipping costs are included unless otherwise indicated. 3.3 Prices may change, but no changes apply to already completed orders.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY 4.1. Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery. 4.2. In case of order rejection, a refund will be issued. 4.3. The fiscal document is issued in electronic format. 4.4. Shipping takes place within 5 working days from order confirmation or payment receipt. 4.5. MG CALZATURE is not responsible for delays due to force majeure. 4.6. Responsibility for the goods lies with MG CALZATURE until delivery. 4.7. In case of damaged packaging, the customer must refuse delivery or report it to the courier and MG CALZATURE within 2 working days.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These GTC are governed by Italian law. For consumer customers, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court of the customer's place of residence or domicile, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
