Orders are processed via express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days (from Monday to Friday).
We collaborate with major international couriers, including GLS, DHL, and FedEx. The shipping cost will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout.

Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code,the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 8 days from receipt of the goods without any penalty and without having to specify the reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal,it is necessary to contact Customer Service at info@mgstyle.it indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
Size or Model Exchange
We offer a free first exchange for size or model subject to availability. Contact our Customer Service to start the procedure.
How to make a return
Returns can be requested in the following cases:
• Damaged or non-compliant product
• Manufacturing defect
• Withdrawal within 8 days
Procedure:
1. Send a request by email to info@mgstyle.it specifying: o Order number o Item subject to return o Reason o Contact details
2. Customer Service will evaluate your request and inform you about the return methods. o In case of pickup,a courier will be assigned for collection at no additional cost to the customer. o In some circumstances,a refund may be authorized without needing to send back the goods.
3. The customer must be available for pickup at the address indicated during ordering,on a business day. Products must be intact unused and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise refund or replacement cannot be guaranteed.

What to do upon delivery
We recommend immediately checking the condition of the package at the time of delivery.
Here are some useful tips:
• If the packaging is visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately so we can proceed with a new shipment.
• In case of doubt, accept the package with reservation, writing “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION” on the courier's receipt: this facilitates any refund requests.
• In case of damage or missing products, we recommend photographing the external packaging and the internal contents.
The photographic material may be requested by Customer Service for verification.
